This machine can produce the finished products continuously and automatically in high speed. One set of forming rollers may produce various sizes of shelves just by simply changing the width and length settings on the control screen, then the machine will be adjusted by servo motor to make correct products.

It is also complying with on line punching and bending-over system to reduce the cost from the 2nd process. Main motor is an AC motor with inverter to achieve high-speed massive production. Quick or slow speed can be adjusted freely. Design with a cut-off & bending-over device at the end of machine is for tolerance of the products length can be within ±１mm purpose.
